About Lauren
Lauren Applewood is a King County, Washington State based Reiki Master & Spiritual Advisor. Born with the gift of insight, Lauren has always had strong intuition and the ability to see and feel what other's couldn't. An experience with other-worldly guides as a young child set her on a lifelong path of discovery and personal growth. After going through many "dark nights of the soul," Lauren found her true calling using her natural healing and intuitive gifts to help others in need.

Distance Reiki Healing
$100 / 30min
Experience the healing benefits of Reiki with Lauren Applewood from anywhere in the world!
Lauren helps heal individuals from all over the world, using her certification in Traditional Japanese Usui Reiki to expertly and efficiently provide healing energy to your physical and energetic bodies.
During this Distance Reiki Healing session, you will listen to a relaxing song, while Lauren provides you with targeted Chakra healing for each of your seven main Chakras. While you relax, she will also spend time sending healing energy to a specific physical or mental health issue you may have. All individuals will leave this session feeling greatly relaxed, with a renewed sense of well-being and comfort.
There will always be about 5 minutes of time at the beginning and end of each session for questions, concerns and findings, so please understand sessions may go a little longer.
Intuitive Reading
(Add-On)

As a trained and certified psychic and medium, Lauren uses her sharp intuition to provide you with clear guidance and answers using her specialties of Unicorn and Angel Oracle cards, pendulums, and psychic knowing. You don't want to miss this service!
This is an "Add-On" service that you may choose to add on to the end of your Reiki healing session.

Animal Reiki Healing
$55 / 30min
Animals, just like humans, can benefit from Reiki energy healing. They are also energetic beings with chakra centers, and also experience a wide range of physical and emotional symptoms. Their chakras too can become out of balance, and in a Reiki healing session, can experience relief from anxiety and fear, and lessen painful symptoms, even just after one session.
We know how expensive veterinary bills are, and how frustrating the seemingly endless trips to the vet can be. Often we find ourselves taking our animal companions back to the vet over and over again, racking up thousands of dollars, only to have to pay for expensive medicines and treatments that only provide temporary relief, or even create more symptoms as it is treating another.
This session includes Lauren's "Distance Reiki Healing," service, providing the same type of healing she does with humans. You will ideally participate in the healing session with your pet, being nearby to them as the healing takes place. If this is not possible, that is OK too. Your animal could be sleeping or running around playing, and the Universal Source healing energies will work just the same.
There will always be about 5 minutes of time at the beginning and end of each session for questions or concerns, so please understand sessions may go a little longer.

What is Reiki Healing?
Reiki is a style of Japanese hands-on energy healing. Reiki literally translates into, “Universal Life Force Energy,” which some people also call, “Spiritual Energy,” or “Qi.” This Life Force Energy is our vitality and flows in and around our bodies. It is like the circulatory system of our body – when blood moves through the body as its supposed to, we feel good. If the blood flow is disrupted or blocked, uncomfortable symptoms come on real fast. Our Energy system operates the same way, and is supposed to flow through our energetic anatomy (like meridians, chakras, etc.) unimpeded or interrupted. When our energetic system is out of balance, we can have many symptoms, such as anxiety and depression, up to more severe symptoms like chronic pain and disease.
Stress is the number one factor contributing to our physical and energetic systems being out of balance. We can never really unplug and stress can compound causing us disharmony. Some of us have also had traumas in childhood, which can actually effect us our energy flow as adults. Even the quality of your thoughts can influence your energetic and physical health.
The whole goal of Reiki treatment is to activate and support the body’s natural healing process plus balance your Life Force energy in and around your body. Reiki works on all levels – physical, emotional and mental. Reiki supports self-healing, alleviates physical and emotional suffering, and generates positive feelings.
What is Distance (or Remote) Reiki?
Reiki healing energy can be sent to anyone, anything, or any situation at any time in the past, present or future. Distance (or "remote,") Reiki healing is becoming more popular, most especially since Covid-19 hit the world, with many of us more isolated and seeking online sources and tools for health care.
According to science and the study of Quantum Physics, all of space, time and matter are connected through a cosmic web of invisible energy. Energy, therefore, is not limited to distance, and a Reiki Practitioner (Level II or higher) knows how to connect and channel this Universal healing energy to an individual anywhere in the world. In order for healing to occur over a distance, the Practitioner uses thought intention and a conduit to transmit Reiki energy. The energy transmissions in a Distance healing session are just as strong, if not more, as if they were delivered in person. Many people prefer this way of healing, as they can be free and relaxed in their own comfortable environment.
